Job Description

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Aircraft Division, Nashik invites applications for engagement of ITI Apprentices for one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and NAPS scheme.

A total of 355 ITI Apprentice vacancies are available across various trades including Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, COPA, Welder, Carpenter, Sheet Metal Worker, Aerospace Structural Fitter and other eligible ITI trades.

Candidates must have passed ITI in the relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT-recognized institute. Candidates must register on the NAPS portal and obtain a Registration Number before submitting the HAL application.

The merit list for ITI candidates will be prepared with 70% weightage to SSC marks and 30% weightage to ITI marks, considering marks from all ITI semesters.

The stipend is ₹11,040 per month for ITI trades of 2 years or more and ₹10,560 per month for 1-year ITI trades.

This is one-year apprenticeship training and not a permanent employment opportunity. Completion of the apprenticeship does not create any obligation on HAL to provide permanent employment.
